Полное удаление прогресса в событии 26 марта для получения плаща

On the 26th of March 2025 from the very beginning of the event to get the cloak I started my game, I spent over 3 and a half hours to earn diamond armour, tools..., completed my first quest, later I bought a digital piano, it may be a coincidence but exactly after I played I went to the mine and all my progress completely reset including the completed quest.... This is a very annoying bug and if possible I wanted to get my progress back, I have screenshots of my progress, however I believe you must have saved some data, it can't all have disappeared without a trace.... My nickname is DenisCraft, the account is the same one that the report came from, I know I shouldn't write here hoping for help, but this problem may well have happened to more than just me, please fix it, fix this bug.
