Disappearance of diamond tools and armor when entering the wall protection zone.

On the official Minecraft movie server, I was leveling up, and when I entered the wall protection zone, a cutscene started, and my diamond tools and armor disappeared. I had been saving up for a long time, but after returning to the village, I was left with only stone gear.

I had a full set of unenchanted diamond armor, a diamond pickaxe with Fortune I and Efficiency III, a diamond sword with Sharpness I or II, and a bow with one enchantment. Restarting the game and relaunching Minecraft did not help.
