Pausing the game will see a block destroying

There is a ongoing issue if enter in a minecraft world with console nintendo swich, if pause the game while mining will see the block destroying itself.

Steps:

1. Open minecraft bedrock edition

2. O​pen a world of minecraft

3. while destroying a random block pause the game, and will see the block will be destroyed with the pause mode.
