Addons downloaded from websites and not in the marketplace still disables achievements

Addons from the marketplace work perfectly normal and can still be played with achievements as the update intended, but for unexplained reasons, the same can't be said for addons downloaded from websites like mcpedl and curseforge, and shows up saying that achievements can't be earned.
