sudden fps drop occurs while playing

when playing normal survival and creative in the world it doesn't have any mob or block that causes lag or anything but when i was about to walk or place block or open a chest or sleep and anything else there's a sudden fps drop that should've run smoothly on my phone even if i use the simple graphics and the render distance at 10 chunks the fps drops still happened, even my cellphone can play heavy games so fix this i want to live in peace without the fps drop so pls fix this
