Since the most recent update, there is a rubber banding issue that happens about every 5-10 minutes when connected to a self hosted server running Linux Mint 22 (not 22.1). I have not tested other versions of Linux.
This did not happen in previous updates. It will happen when any number of players are connected and does not seem to be related to server load. The players could be spread out across the map, or right next to each other.
Specifics of the issue: While playing the game and connected to the Server everything will be going fine. Every 5-10 minutes, things in the game will stop responding and then all players will be rubber banded back to previous position. This issue only started happening after updating to 1.21.70. When this happens, the CPU, MEM, and Network load do not spike. I have Client_auth movement turned on.
I have confirmed this happens to players playing on Windows and Android, but unable to test other platforms.
Here is a link to the machine I use as a server: https://www.minisforum.com/products/minisforum-um870-slim
I have also attached a copy of my server properties file:

issue appears on my realm with 4 addons (gravestone addon, podcrash farming addon, treecapatator add on, and telelantern add on) and it affected every member across amazon fire, cromebook, nentendo switch, and windows 11.
While the issue is less aggressive than it was before, it is still an issue I face. At this point it does not rubberband back to a previous state. However, now actions and NPCs freeze for about 5 second then move super fast to catch up ticks. This is normally better than the rubberbanding issue, however this can result in multiple enemy hits after a freeze.
that’s good @josh. I’m still having major block breaking issues and movemement issues (not related to block breaking)
Would you mind sharing your relevant settings from server.properties or dockerfile?
Here is the current settings. Again the freezing is only noticeable when doing things like mining, attacking, opening chests. When the freezing happens there is no CPU spike, it remains the same usage throughout.
Last night 1 person was building in one location 2 of us were elytra flying around new areas seperately, so intense chunk generation. Us flying did not notice any issues, the user building had freezing. CPU usage stayed pretty mellow the whole time. It wasn’t until I landed and starting mining/fighting that I noticed the freezing.
PS4 having same issue as of today
