A headwear corrupt?

For some strange reason a headwear Apparently it's corrupted, because every time I put it on and try to enter a server (Eh even a singleplayer world) I get the message “Server sent broken packet”, Which is quite strange because it is a message that has to do with the failure in the network connection, Obviously this is not the case.

What seems crazy to me is that if I remove it and re-enter a server and such, it returns to normal, I have not been able to verify if it is an isolated problem or if it is really a corrupted set That anyone can affect.
