White fish will turn transparent or black

I spawned tons of fish to make my ocean more full, But I saw those 2 fish with no white parts at all, I tried to place them in a bucket and it says white.

When I saw this, I went to see my fish on the other world and it’s Black, instead of the normal fully white.
