Flying into entities and walls always teleports you back

Whenever I try to fly into a block or an entity the game just teleports me back and I take damage. Also when dive bombing with elytra (mace PvP) it randomly teleports you around where you landed. This completely ruins the game no mods btw just vanilla pls fix this annoying bug.
