Half my HUD is gone

My hotbar and chat has disappeared after my game crashed from getting commands wrong and accidently spawning too many arrows

The issue is specific to this world as the HUD shows up as normal in my other worlds.

The world doesn’t have any resource packs, behaviour packs or addons, and has never had any.

The paper doll still shows up.

I can open but can’t move anything around in my inventory, all the items ‘stick’ to the cursor.

I’ve tried duplicating the world, resetting my HUD using /hud @s reset - both have no effect.

I’ve tried converting it to preview but it still doesn’t show up.

The only way I can change anything in my inventory is with /clear and /give.
