Fully Traded Villager Changed Job

I had a cleric villager that was fully traded with so his profession should have been permanent. I placed down an additional brewing stand near him and he changed into a fully upgraded cartographer. The closest cartography table was over 50 blocks away. This has happened to me twice so far. Once on the first update that added firefly’s and today on the update that just came out on March 28th. I play on an Xbox One

I’m not sure what to type in for ‘operating system version’ and ‘affects version’ so I just guessed.
