Critical Realm Bug – Unable to Load End, Falling into Void

Dear Minecraft Support Team,

I am playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PC and have encountered a serious issue on my Realm. When attempting to enter the End through an End Gateway Portal, my screen turned black, and shortly after, I started falling into the void. Every time I try to log back into the Realm, the same thing happens—I cannot load into the End, and my character immediately falls into the void.

As a result, I have lost all my gear and important items. I have recorded a video documenting the bug, which I have attached to this request.

I would appreciate any possible solution to this issue. Would it be possible to restore a backup of my Realm or recover my lost items? If this is a known bug, I would appreciate confirmation and any information on a potential fix.
