The volume when destroying/placing some blocks is now lower than usual

The volume of the sounds played when destroying and placing certain blocks is lower than normal.

Blocks confirmed to be affected by this issue include:

・Grass Blocks
・Leaves
Other blocks may be affected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Destroy and place a grass block or leaves and check the volume of sound.

2. Destroy and place a block that is not affected by this bug, such as stone block, and check the volume of sound.

Observed Results:

The volume of the destruction and placement sounds is lower volume compared to other block destruction sounds.

Expected Results:

Destroy and place sounds should play at the same volume as other blocks.
