Glitching Thought Blocks When Hit by Mobs

Any time I am standing in the corner between two blocks and get hit by any hostile mob if not blocked I will be glitched in and out of the blocks. Not sure if it deals damage as it only occurs when being hit. Can be annoying when there are multiple mobs surrounding you and your trying to stay alive. Please take a look into it incase it's a minor bug due to update however, this was already occurring before the new update.
