Changed block state of walls when walked next to

May affect other platforms and may be caused by the mods I was using*

When walking up to a wall in Bedrock Edition, if standing directly next to or on the wall, it may change size, going from short to tall. It seems to register the player as another block and therefore tries to connect to it.
