Friend cannot join world with add-ons (actions and stuff)

My friend is able to join a world with add-ons just fine but when actions and stuff is added, the game will kick him out of the loading screen and tell him that He’s lost connection to the host. This happens only with actions and stuff and hundreds of people have a similar problem.
