What led up to it?
I was in a survival world with Runecraft MCPEDL addon, and I wanted to test something, so I left that world to create a creative… After I was done testing in a creative world. I deleted the creative world and went back to a survival world. When I loaded back into the survival world all the Modded/Addon Items were gone in my inventory and the Addon’s UI was gone as well. I logged out of my survival world and logged back in. The Modded items were still gone but the Addon’s UI came back. I was able to reproduce the bug every time and I even reproduced it with different addons like Better on Bedrock from MCPEDL.
What’s Happening?
When I deleted an Addon world it would remove the addon items in a different addon world. It’s acting like the addon was removed from the world when it's not.
What’s Expected?
When I delete one world it shouldn't remove the items in a different world.
How to reproduce the bug and Item loss.
Latest version of Minecraft version (1.21.71) Latest version of Better on bedrock from MCPEDL. (I wasn't able to reproduce this with the Marketplace version of Better on Bedrock)

Leave that world
Create a second new world with Better on Bedrock addon (mcpedl version)

Hello and thank you for your report!
However to further investigate the issue, we would appreciate uploading add-on used to reproduce the issue.
If the size exceeds limits, you can upload it to external cloud (Google Drive, DropBox etc.) and provide link for download (make sure it is set for public view).
This ticket will automatically reopen once you reply.
Here’s the Better on Bedrock Addon. Also DON’T put the addon in the development behavior/resource folders. I think for the bug to work you’ll have to install them normally by clicking the .mcaddon file and open with Minecraft.
