The player is being pushed in another direction, lagging blocks, lagging in general

While playing, for example if I'm walking straight my character is pushed to the left and doesn't let me go the original way. If I'm putting digging blocks it lags or the block spawns very late(if digging the block disappears and appears very late l, sometimes when I'm on that block).Or the lagging is so much that it pushes me in another direction like 20 blocks away.
