Teleportation and Screen Freezing on Nintendo Switch

I have found a bug in version 1.21.70 of Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch console, what happens is that while I was playing in my survival world and I was running it automatically returned some blocks behind which I had already run and also another error that I found is that when I break blocks my screen freezes and I can no longer move it is quite annoying before it did not happen but with the new update that has arrived that problem has started to occur
