A problem I have with my Minecraft skins for years!

I have been making Minecraft skins for myself for years and I never had a problem with it until a couple years ago when a update happened that made it where I cannot import my Minecraft skins in Minecraft, I play Minecraft on my phone, always have, always will, I followed the rules, it's a PNG that is 64×64 like it stated in the description, but no matter what size I change it to, it tells me that I can't import my skin and I'm stuck with having no skins and I've had new phones during the years so I know it's not my phone, the game won't import my Minecraft skins, my skins isn't anything bad either, I'm doing a princess roleplay but I can't import my princess skin, but my friends can import their Minecraft skins and they play bedrock with me on their phones too, I know for a fact it's not my phone, I don't know why it works for my friends but not me, I can't tell the stories I want to tell on Minecraft via roleplay without the custom skins I made for myself, I don't know why it won't import, I always had Android phones too, it works for my past phones but not my current phone, and my past phones are gone now, so I can't play Minecraft on my old phones because I don't have them anymore, I know that getting upset over not being able to import my Minecraft skins is pretty stupid to some people but I like to be able to express myself through my Minecraft skins that took me hours to make, only for the game to not allow me to import it, no one had been talking about it, it makes me feel like I am the only one having this issue, I kept hoping that others had this problem too and that it has been reported and that it will be fixed but it's been years later and nothing has been fixed, yet others say they don't have this problem that I have, they can import their skins with ease while I am trying to figure out why I can't import my Minecraft skins, I spent so hard on them only for them to not work, it makes me feel upset about the whole thing, please fix what's causing me to not import my Minecraft skins, I love Bedrock Minecraft, I just wish I could import my Minecraft skins, that's the only thing I have an issue with, everything except for the skins are working just fine for me, I really hope that this can be fixed, I really want to be able to import my Minecraft skins! I hope you see this report, because I really need this to be fixed, making Minecraft skins makes me really happy including story-telling! Please fix this! I don't want to not be able to import my Minecraft skins for who knows how long, it's already been a problem a couple of years ago, this problem of mine happened after the sniffer update, I couldn't import my Minecraft skins after I updated my Minecraft to the sniffer update, just so you can know when this problem of not being able to import my Minecraft skins happened, please do fix it! It's really a thorn in my side! No offense! I love Minecraft dearly, I just want to be able to import my Minecraft skins!
