Steps to Reproduce
1. In any Game mode take some mob head
2. Look for head in hotbar or inventory. As you can see the head is not in 3D,Only the head of Ender Dragon is in 3D

Mob heads such as the Zombie,Creeper,Wither Skeleton Skull,and Skeleton Skull is not really 3d. There is no update yet that makes the mob heads 3d in the inventory and creative menu. We'll just wait for an update to make the mob heads (except Dragon Head) to make them 3 dimensional. I suggest that you should go through the Minecraft Pocket Edition Forums and suggest 3d Mob Heads. Put your description as well.
