I don't understand how the processing of issues works. I posted issue really importante, 4 weeks ago, because we can't use redstone, because of a bug, and no one answered. But today, this silly issue gets an answer in less than an hour. I would like understand - -'
The people who help process tickets do so on their own free time (therefore have lives outside of here) and cannot attend to every single ticket that is submitted to the JIRA system.
