[MCPE-196486] When you try to place a painting on a block that a painting cannot be placed on it generates repetitive sound

On Realms when you place a painting on a torch, it doesn’t place and instead makes a loud annoying painting place noise constantly.

Sorry i never got back, It’s still an issue, and i just found out it’s in normal single player as well as realms.
