Realm shows expired & inaccessible but Playstation confirms it is active (and it's been paid on autopay since Dec 2023)

I have struggled to get support on this for a long time and don’t know where else to go. Playstation Support said this is a Minecraft bug.

Basically my Minecraft Realm says it is expired, and I cannot access it, even though my bank has sent the payment this month just like every month since I switched payment methods back in Dec 2023.

Playstation refuses to help me because they say on their end the subscription is active.

What I’ve done in the past to fix this is to go through the screens on my console in the attached photos and “Renew” the realm even though I know I’m already paying for it. I hoped this would fix it, maybe rebooting the system into realizing it should already be up and available. Essentially it resulted in the creation of a new instance of the realm, and I was charged double. I have never hosted more than 1 world, which should be easy to look up. I never had to ‘re-upload' my map, so it must have duplicated somehow. There was never an indication that what I’d actually done was purchase another iteration of Realms. I just clicked into the Realm and played normally as if it had always been.

The double payments first happened in March 2024 (payments on 3/20 and 3/21) and it was resolved automatically with a refund on 4/24 (see attached photo).

It happened most recently in November, and I was double charged in both November and December 2024 and January 2025, with double charges on 11/21 and 11/25, then two different charges on 12/23, and then double charges again on 1/21/25 and 1/23/25. I had hoped that it would be resolved with another automatic refund, but it was not (see attached photo)

Playstation refused to give me a refund for the double charged months.

As it stands right now, Playstation says I have an active subscription “Minecraft: Realms Plus 1 Month Subscription: You + 10 Friends (3)” but my world must have been tied to the now expired “Minecraft: Realms Plus 1 Month Subscription: You + 10 Friends (2)” which was created because of this “expired/ you need to renew your realm” bug in the first place - and therefore I cannot get in.

Basically what I would have to do to try to get on is cancel the subscription I have - which ISN’T working - and which should be covering me until 4/21, and pay ANOTHER month to reactivate the second version of the subscription, which is where the actual Realm must be. Double charging myself again.

As you can imagine, this headache is FAR from what I wanted when I paid for this service in the first place.

I just want to be able to play my Realm, and have it accessible for the other 6 friends that visit it regularly. Please help.
