[MCPE-19888] villagers will not breed.

when making an iron golem farm the villagers will not breed. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but villager breeding used to work but it doesn't now.

Thank you for your report. This issue was, however, submitted earlier as MCPE-17278. Please perform a search next time to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported. The parent issue can easily be found by searching for "mcpe unresolved villager breed".

This issues was resolved in 1.00 along with villagers not growing up but it has since regressed and now they do not breed.
