End Gateway and End Portal frame has the texture is not in proper texture

When i make a end portal in a laggy world,device, and game the texture of the portal is not in proper texture see the 1st pic down and the second pic is the end gateway to go back in the dragon the texture is also not in proper texture so please fix this
