Cant play stuck at 97% in the loading screen

I am currently on the latest version of minecraft bedrock and nothing I do will stop it from just closing the game when I try to play bedrock at 97% on the loading screen. Uninstalling reinstalling, repairing, terminating, using the shortcut from the search menu on windows and going through the launcher too. Nothing is working and I am a bit confused about it.
