Custom blocks added by addons do not display correct destruction particles for non host players and on Realms

Custom blocks from various addons (all that I have tested) have stopped displaying correct destruction particles when broken. This issue occurs for non host players and players connected to a Realm.

The destruction instead displays the dirt particles from the dirt block placeholder used for missing blocks. For the host of a world, this issue is inconsistent, with some blocks displaying particles from the correct texture.

This has retroactively affected existing addons on the marketplace.
