Jetpack add on not flying on Nintendo Switch

The Minecraft movie free jetpack add on for purchasing movie tickets on fandango does not fly on bedrock switch. Multiple switch users are having this issue and I can not find a solution anywhere it has to be a bug. Please assist in any way you can even if you have another contact I need to talk to in regards to resolving this as I understand it is another party who created the add on but have no information as to how to contact them. I have tried remapping/changing controls in settings, I have removed and redownloaded the add on but still not flying please help!
