cant unlock ''The end'' or ''The end?'' achievement

I cant unlock ''The end?'' achievement when i get into an ender portal, and i killed the ender dragon, but i didnt unlock The end achievement

i got achivements unlocked, my world was never creative so i should unlock those achivements.
