Hi! I've included a recording of how Vibrant Visuals look like on my device. It has problems with lighting as the sky and the surroundings far from the player is dark even if its sunny. I haven't enabled any resource packs that uses the deferred lighting, I just enabled the Vibrant Visuals toggle from Experiments tab.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enable Vibrant Visuals on Experiments on your world
Load the world
Observed Results:
You'll see that the lighting or the surroundings are dark even if its day and shadows also has issues on it as it has stripe look to it when its not supposed to have it.
Expected Results:
For the surroundings to be bright on day and dark on night and for shadows to behave properly
Here's a screenshot of the issue that I'm facing
The shadows are not uniform as can be seen from the screenshot. Some parts are lighter causing the stripey look
The surroundings look darker as it should have been at daytime
Note that it is specifically mentioned in the changelog that there are known issues on Mali GPU.

It is not clear what specific issue you are having. Please always clearly state this in the Description. The video looks ok for the most part except when you go under the water, and there are a number of Vibrant Visual reports about water already.
Do any of the existing "Vibrant Visual" rendering issues match what you are seeing? If so, which one(s)?
Otherwise, we do not have enough information to reproduce this issue.
