[MCPE-2008] When I break a door, two pop out

Basically, I break a door, 2 doors pop out

*What I expected to happen was only one door pops out when I broke a door

*What actually happened was 2 doors popped out when I broke a door.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a door in survival
2. break door
3. FREE DOOR GET!!!
