Can't obtain happy ghast in minecraft prevew

I tried to play the latest preview version, and I cannot get the happy ghast, ghastling, or the dried ghast, mining the dried ghast dosent drop the item, trying to craft it dosent work, and using a command to try and summon it dosent work, I have tried everything I can think of to try to get the happy ghast, but nothing works
