Vibrant Visuals: Flashing light in end sky

As you can see in the video, vibrant visuals are on and when I head to the end, there seems to be a flashing light in the sky. I'm unsure if this is intentional, although it's kinda cool looking, it's something that I would like to bring to the developers attention as this may not have been the intended outcome for the end.
