Holding break button has a timer between blocks

Holding the break button doesn’t break blocks the fastest as there is a small timer after breaking a block. Releasing and holding the button again ignores the timer.

This was tested on an Xbox One, but this should occur on any device.

Steps to reproduce: Simply hold to continuously break blocks, and then do it again with quickly releasing and holding the button again after each block is broken. It is best noticed with, for example, with an iron shovel on dirt.

Normally blocks should break instantly after the previous block, but it takes a small moment to break the next block.

No footage could be attached as I’m not sure if it is possible to attach any recording from my Xbox.
