Black overlay on screen and item in vibrant visuals

While using vibrant visuals there are many glitches like a black overlay on screen while looking above the ground level,clouds being way too dark and sun not appearing in the sky (sun and moon is the game files and it should not be limited by low render distance ) minecraft should make the graphics optimized for low end devices too so everyone can experience the visuals.

Recommendation: making a lite version of it for lower end devices.
