Vibrant Visuals: underwater texture rendered at wrong place

Underwater texture (the pattern cast by light at the bottom of water) is sometimes rendered at places where it is not supposed to be rendered. The underwater texture is rendered whenever a player is looking through water to observe a block, which doesn’t make sense logically. Whether the underwater texture is rendered or not is only related to if there’s light casting through water. It’s not supposed to have something to do with the position and angle of the player camera.

In the picture I attached, you can see that underwater texture is rendered at the edge of the fountain, and also at the dirt paths nearby.

You can reproduce it easily simply by looking at the fountain in a village.
