If you enter the Nether the lighting is broken showing cyan fog/light on the bottom and grey on the top, with end it's the similar thing but sometimes the dark sky (assuming end is supposed to be this dark) changes for a half second into overworld skybox but without the clouds.
Also sometimes the clouds reflection in the water when leaving the end or nether is pink, similar with the skybox (only the cyan sky)
