Vibrant Visuals Bug

Hi just downloaded the Beta Version I saw on Playstore, and turned on the Vibrant Visual Features. The the shader is fine except it turned everything black, making it the day time looks like night time, and not to mention the ice blocks when near water, it totally vanished, just see for yourselves from the the file that I've attached here.
