Performance issues

Hey I want to report a huge performance issue I'm having.. when playing the game (even after sorting my settings out) the game is very glitchy and when I'm walking around it sends me back a few feet and freezes for about 5 to 10 minutes in the same place also when I finally get to walk around it stops freezing if im trying to walk through an open door or climb a ladder it won't allow me.. it keeps sending me back down the ladder or outside the open door whichs causes me to freeze for a further few minutes.. this issue does now allow me to play the game at all and is quite annoying.. please fix this 💚 it's been happening since the 2nd last update and I thought would have been fixed in the last update but it only got worse..
