Player (dismounted) isn't fixed to Happy Ghast when in movement

Hello, I'm reporting this bug cause whenever me & my friends started messing around with the new Happy Ghast, we tried many rumored features on the Happy Ghast—one of which was that your position on the ghast would be fixed even if you moved the ghast around. When we tried it, the ghast went off, but the players didn't, leading to one of my friends falling to the water. If you could please fix this, I'd be very much appreciated!!
