It's basically what's in the title, all the icons for the 3D block items in addons are empty, whereas before the beta they worked normally, I tested this with several different addons from different creators, either with test options activated or deactivated, either way the error repeated itself (the blocks themselves work normally and the addons too, only the 3D icons are completely empty, the 2D ones appear normally)
