Hi! Since I updated the game, my gameplay experience fell off. I mean my game started to load chunks so late than before (it takes 2.5-3 seconds to load) even I use the maximum render distance to 9 chunks because I can't see more things with a lower render distance and usually my FPS’s drop randomly around to 30 or lower. I use an iPad Pro 10.5 with 512GB storage and I didn’t had this problem since then, my game was working so smoothly and with a very low fps drop. How can I comeback to my smooth gameplay? I don’t really want to change my iPad with another one.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Simply stating that "My game is laggy" is not helpful for Mojang to diagnose your issue. If you can pinpoint a specific cause when lag happens for you, please open a new report for that specific issue. If you think this might be a hardware issue please contact Community Support as they might be able to help with your issue.
Keep in mind that Mojang is constantly optimizing the game and simply playing the game provides feedback to Mojang on which parts cause performance issues.
