Minecraft Bedrock crashes before opening since the latest update

Since the Spring drop, I have been unable to play Minecraft Bedrock on my Windows 10 PC. When I open the application, it crashes after a few seconds of showing the Mojang screen. If I try to open it from the Minecraft Launcher, the same things happens with the message “Failed to Start.” Occasionally an error will appear that says “Unable to Find Game Files.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft Bedrock multiple times. I have checked my disk’s integrity and made sure my software was up to date, including all of my C++ files. I have repaired and reset the Minecraft Launcher and reset Minecraft. I have scanned for malware, and made sure my antivirus software was not interfering with opening the game. There were two times I was able to get it to work, using different tactics, once by opening a realm directly from the Minecraft Launcher and once by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Neither of those tactics work anymore. It seems to be an error early in startup with the game otherwise functioning normally. When I write the crash to a dump file, the error code is 0x80000003 (exception break point). When I tried to launch the Minecraft.Windows.Exe file directly, it wouldn’t open because of missing .dll files. (CONCRT140_app.dll) I installed all of those, and the specific error codes went away, but the game still will not open. My PC is otherwise functioning normally.
