Hi I can't create a new world and can't open any world , I also could not change my skin why?

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-20298

From @unknown to fix this issue: Go to Minecraft Settings > Profile > File Storage Location > Switch to External. You can access your worlds now.
