When breaking many blocks on a Realm, the game sometimes freezes (players can move, but the world becomes unresponsive, and interaction is no longer possible). After a few seconds, the game resumes, but some of the broken blocks, while no longer visible, still cause knockback when walked into.
Steps to reproduce:
Break a large number of blocks on a Realm until the game freezes.
Walk around in the area where you previously broke blocks, which now appear to be gone.
Expected result:
Nothing happens.
Observed result:
Invisible blocks push the player away.
Note:
You need to rejoin the Realm for the blocks to become visible again.

Since there doesn't seem to be a function to edit bug reports, I have to add this via a comment:
Before the latest "improvements" made to Realms, there was a similar bug. However, it was only half as bad because it appeared and disappeared on its own without requiring any action. Since the latest "improvements," in this version of the new bug, you have to leave the Realm/world every time to fix the issue.
Here is a video:

Minecraft just got two new blocks called the Slippery Emerald Block and Quicksand Emerald Block. I wasn’t expecting that, but it seems like a nice change to the gameplay.
[media][media]…all those bugs have been happening since the changes they made to realms and the movement

Related to REALMS-12418

Correction:
This doesn’t only affect Realms.
It is a result of the server-authoritative movement changes.

Hi
Could you let us know if you're using any add-ons or resource packs for this world?
Could you also attach a copy of your world?
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
Didn't they fix this bug?
