I try to upload a custom skin but it keeps saying the dimensions are wrong but it's correct

When I try to upload my custom skin it says the dimensions are wrong. I checked and it was correct and I got the skin from Minecraftskins.com. It works just fine on PC on Bedrock and Java. But for mobile it is glitched on almost every device I try.
