Disappearing blocks

I can't place more than 4 block in a row before it starts to disappear, eating takes forever to full saturation, if I break a block while standing on it I fell down in it then i fell inside the below block then get pushed back up ,all mobs passive or not moves very slow ,pistons moves to slow,minecarts as well, very very slow block drops
