Lag Spike

There's a small lag that ruin my gameplay. It's call "Lag Spike" when i play my world it automatically stuck and freeze or minimum 1 and 2 second, maximum 5 second freeze. Hopefully this lag could be fix. I've been try all version, example 1.21.70, 1.21.71. including beta 1.21.80.20, 1.21.80.21 and 1.21.80.25 and it still the same.
