I cannot access my skins On a world, I am not hosting

I cannot access skins that I have purchased on someone else’s world if I am not the host, the only skins that I can use are skins that the host has purchased, likewise, if I host the world the people that I play with can only play with skins that I have purchased. Please allow each player no matter what world they’re in to access their own personalized skins. Thank you.
